Introduction
In 2011, two life long friends with an immense passion for insurance founded a little company called InSHoor™. We started our humble journey with nothing but a fax machine and a shared telephone line. We rented a small 10sq office in a partitioned house in Centurion. We had no idea how to start a business and had very limited resources. By working our fingers to the bone, we grew into a national award-winning brokerage within less than a year. We now have multiple branches with a staff complement of around 30 members. Our mission to make finding and signing up for insurance products easy is becoming a reality. To this day, our vision remains to bridge the gap between trusted insurance providers and meritorious South-Africans.
During almost a decade of operation, we had to adapt to our surroundings numerous times. This out of the box thinkings has helped us to grow into a respected brand. Amongst some of our proudest moments, we have been awarded top AVBOB broker nationally 6 years in a row. Hollard insurance used our business to pilot a new product, and we empowered countless members of our community. We believe the reasons for our success include our love for customer service & people. For us, it’s equally important to gain a new customer than to make a sale. By providing the best possible service to our clients, we know sales will eventually come. We humbly appreciate every customer we gain and do our best to take care of our most important asset. We take care of our staff and thus have staff retention of almost 90%. In most sales and call center environments, this statistic is literally unheard of. We believe in uplifting our staff to ensure they stay loyal to our business.
It has been a very difficult road for us and by consistency, perseverance, and faith; we have grown into a force to be reckoned with. We have overcome a lot of difficult times and believe there will be more to come. As a brand, we strive to grow with every inevitable stumble. The Process
Unlike traditional lead aggregators, InSHoor™ is a registered FSP. We do not hand over our clients to third parties. We respect your privacy and comply with POPI regulations. To get insurance quotes using our service is 100% free of charge. With our service, you do not to speak to annoying sales people. You also do not get calls from various companies. With InSHoor, you will speak to the same consultant throughout the entire process. Our strategy eliminates the need for multiple calls to get one product.
