We made it our mission to find the best insurance companies in South Africa. We have gone to the corners of our nation to make sure we represent the best. All the providers we offer are trusted and well established. Using a provider without a proven record of accomplishment can be dangerous. The last thing you want is to struggle when it comes to claims.
When we opened our doors, we knew we would only be as good as the providers we represent. As a result, we studied the market to ensure we offer nothing but the best. We studied online forums and review sites for weeks. This study was to determine what insurance companies get the most positive feedback.
We found a list of providers worthy of our clients. We made sure that we find insurance providers that offer great customer service. In the insurance industry, client service is king. The last thing a policyholder wants is to struggle with service. Over time, we dropped some of the providers and added new ones. We chopped & changed the list until we were 100% happy.
